Yesterday was my princess’ 7th birthday. Because it fell on a school day, we’ll have a little fiesta for her on the weekend.She’s the only female grandchild, so of course we do spoil her ( just a little….)

Job Centre staff have a reputation for being rude and patronizing. I’ve read some shocking stories of how the staff treat people like scum just because they are unemployed.

However in my experience, I’ve found the Job Centre staff to be polite and friendly. But there is always one, I’ve just never met him/her yet.
