All moochers ( and children ) are genetically wired with a sixth sense, that tells them when somebody else has money.
I was always amazed at how quickly they materialized the very second I had a bit of cash in my pocket.
I finally, had a tee-shirt made, that said:
The Bank of ____( my real name here)_____ is CLOSED !
Hmm, did Andy wager anything on England winning the World Cup? Could be some serious winnings. Congrats on the deep run so far and hope the 3 Lions can win it all.
