A derelict building near me caught fire over a year ago.
It looks even more awful now. Only half of it is standing.
I think they should knock the rest of it down and re-build it into something useful. Also our local Mecca Bingo has been closed for years and it’s still standing there. Just waiting to be built into something better.

It reminds me of Gotham City in the Batman comics. Villains were always operating out of abandoned warehouses and factories.
