The Rotunda Hospital in Dublin, Ireland used to recommend that pregnant woman and nursing mothers drink a 1/2 pint of Guinness stout daily because of the vitamin and iron content in the drink.
In a classic “Andy”, Flo is downstairs reading a note from Andy: “Tch! Him and his notes. He’s left a wakeup call for 7.” Then Flo heads upstairs with a tray of bottles: “He’s unlucky—there’s only 6 in the house!”
Speaking of fruits and vegetables, I managed to get started on my garden yesterday. I haven’t gotten anything planted yet, but I got rid of most of the weeds.
