Here in Kansas City (the Rome of the West) we have an annual Plaza Art Fair (rated in the top ten outdoor art fairs by people who supposedly know what they’re talking about…..I’d assume at least some of them are artists or art critics or art historians……….) I wish I’d gotten the name, number, webiste (and bank account!) of one of the artists, last time around, but he had some paintings of Andy Capp that I really wish I could have afforded…….(He also did Peanuts characters, Pogo characters, Krazy Kat characters, and so forth. I’m assuming “fair use” applied……….)

Good thing for Andy that there aren’t any electric eels in the canal. If there were, he would find it shocking.
