Let me guess: constable has watched American TV show “The Andy Giriffith Show” (town drunk is named Otis).

@Number Three Today strip IS funny , but I am angry at our Hero Mr Andrew Capp for stealing my , tune by Otis Redding so I enjoyed seeing Andy fall in the bay :o) my avatar is a cool decal of a cat using it’s tail as a window wiper which reminds me that after 5 years I still have not found anything funny as a decal for the Hyundai i20 :o{ , how was your day? ours being a Thursday should be busy but happy because most of the problems we had have been resolved with the help of our youngest son Alex , have fun and thanks for caring pal.

Lucky for Andy that there aren’t any snapping turtles in the canal.
