@Number Three Today’s strip is slightly funny , our HERO Mr Andrew Capp should have looked the gift horse in the mouth before riding it and ending n the canal, which reminds me that when I was a student in secondary school I used to play truant with my friend and hire bikes at two bob for 2 hrs , once while going down one of the steepest hills in Malta I found out that I had no brakes so I ended up swerving at the bottom and hitting my head on a dustbin and had a slight concussion , a kind man in a truck loaded us and our hired bikes and wanted to take me to hospital , but I refused , if mum found out I hired bikes she would have killed me :o) my avatar is" Grumpy", because that how I feel today ,how was your day ? our day should be very busy because Alex has come over to fix the upstairs blumbing , take care and BCNU later pal
My Dad fell off his bike not long ago despite my Mum saying he should practice riding it on a grassy area first. He did learn to ride a bike but it’s been years since he rode one.
It was lovely of that man to help you out. There always has and always will be some gold star people in this world.
Such a shame you are feeling grumpy today when you were happy yesterday. It’s been pouring with rain again here. My Mum got caught in it and so did I on Sunday.
Stay safe, stay well and stay happy (not grumpy) pal.
It came up on my Facebook memories that 2 years ago today, I went on a tram up Mount Floyen in Norway. The views were spectacular. Here is a screenshot of the FB memory: https://flic.kr/p/2jzWqv2
Before anyone complains that Andy isn’t wearing a helmet, let me point out that years of drinking have pretty much already given him brain damage. That horse left the barn a long time ago.

Stan could at least have given Andy a beer first, if Andy was going to end up in the canal drunk or sober.

That’s probably the first time Andy has ever fallen in the canal while sober.

Just what Andy needs: another excuse to fall into the canal!
