@Number Three Today’s strip IS funny Our Hero Mr Andrew Capp gets paint potted by Flo which he deserved for just nit picking instead of doing the job himself :o) my avatar today is a photo of the statue of our Lady as a young girl “Il-Bambina” in Maltese and its today that we usually celebrate her fiest in our village Naxxar it is also known as il- Vittoria because on this date we won against the Ottoman Turks and against the Nazi/ fascists , the born natives here have one or more members of their family named Victor or Victoria we don’t because we were not born here, , how was your day? ours should be busy but calm I hope, stay safe and thanks for caring pal

This is what I’ve always wanted to do to those “people” who have micro-managed and critiqued me while I was doing something. Oh how I wish I could have done something like this.

Thank god that this a family strip, because I can just imagine what the third panel would’ve been.

Everyone’s a critic but not everyone can paint!

Criticism is not being helpful.

When it comes to painting, the only way to get it done right is to become skillful at painting and do it yourself. “Professionals” take shortcuts unless you criticize at least as much as Andy is criticizing Flo. At least professionals can’t dump the can over your hat — I don’t think.

You’re not helping. You are criticising.

There’s a difference.

I’m thinking about returning to bingo on Friday as the bingo halls opened on 20th August I believe. If I do end up going, I might win big after all this time but I’m not holding my breath.

Worse, Andy, is the lack of drop cloths on the floor. Flo would be painting the floor as well as the walls.

Apparently, Andy’s idea of being helpful is to an annoying pain in the rear.

So unless Andy can get the paint out of his cap he’s gonna have to get a new one.

My wife is the one that starts picking jobs apart before they’re done & when she does, I just leave the job at whatever part IS done. There are several projects here that haven’t progressed for several years.
