@Number Three Today’s strip IS funny, our HERO Mr Andrew Capp felt at home at the dinner party , the food tasted like Flo’s burnt offerings :o) my avatar again is a picture of my birth sign Leo roaring his head off because he’s in a good mood like I am , how was your day? our Thursday should be busy as usual , Connie has already done the bulk shopping , but no more errands to run , we both are in a good mood and we are staying in the house and keep hydrated till the greengrocer van comes up our street this evening, keep safe and thanks for caring young Lady
Well my plans for next week literally changed overnight! I am meeting up with a cousin on Monday in a cafe for a catch up. So I’m now doing something then and I can’t wait! However I received a call this morning from the place I volunteer at. I am no longer able to volunteer for the time being because of Boris Johnson’s announcement last night with a couple of new restrictions. It’s not only me it’s the rest of the volunteers as well.
The Christmas parties have been cancelled which were taking place tomorrow and Tuesday. I wasn’t planning on going to Tuesday’s anyway so no disappointment there!
On Saturday I’m going to a Christmas Market in another town which will make up for the one I couldn’t attend in the city because of Storm Arwen. Sunday, I’m at the bingo Christmas party.
Still going to be fairly busy doing fun stuff though. But I can no longer volunteer on Wednesdays for the moment.

“Cajun’s in Hartlepool” the exciting new cookbook from a place the Brits never colonized. Where blackened was never considered cultural appropriation.

At least he didn’t guzzle down all the hosts’ wine and spirits.

Strange to see Andy departing peacefully from a party – maybe this hostess was really charming!

I’m guessing he didn’t say anything at the time otherwise the wife would have stood at the door with a scowl on her face when Andy & Flo were leaving!

Stay safe, stay well and stay happy, pal.

Do you live up north when Storm Arwin caused the most damage and unleashed a rare red weather warning?

Speaking of burnt, it really burns me up that my power hasn’t come back on. Those idiots at Puget Sound Energy are so incompetent!
