Andy is so poor he can’t even pay attention!

in fact he’d end up asking YOU for money, officer.

And sometimes the Law pulls him from the canal.

Skint is a British slang term for having no money (had to look it up)

You won’t have to worry about Andy. He probably fell in the pier again!

Bribery is one law that Andy never “broke”.

Skint meaning “cheap as a rock”!

People only bribe the police in places where the police accept bribes.

Let’s just say he’s on a first name basis with the law, they even reserve a facility for him.

And here I thought we were talking about taking the hide offa something — or someone.

Andy would rather spend money on booze than bribes.

The cop hears people there (Hartlepool) bribe the police! Gee, does he know any cops on the take, maybe?!
