Look at it this way, Flo—if he starts another fight and ends up in a cell, you and the neighbors will have a nice, peaceful night. Just ask Alan—he knows.

Andy is the hooligan, Flo … but you knew that.

With all that nagging I’m ready to pop someone in the nose.

ain’t that an achievement on its own, officer?

It’s not really “full” until HE gets there.

But Andy would never go into an empty pub because there’s no one there to cage a free pint from. Dilly! Dilly!

And stay OUT of that new pub, “Hooligans!”

Andy “Here Comes Trouble” Capp has been known to start a fight with himself, if there’s no one else to scrap with.

There aren’t any hooligans in a pub until Andy has entered a pub.

The policeman is right.

Any pub he enters suddenly has a hooligan in it.

Andy’s reputation follows him…………

Andy would not last long in Ontario. Third conviction for drunk and disorderly (not a real charge here but they do have several laws) and you are in lockup for 6 months.

That’s the best kind of pub to go in, so he can find people to buy him drinks.

You know, I always wondered if there was anyone else in those fight clouds . . .

Well Andy sure isn’t going to get drunk in an empty bar, who is going to buy his drinks.

Andy’s in bad company, even when he’s on his own. ( I believe Percy the Rent man said that.)

Andy could start a scrap in a empty pub and still lose.
