I asked the receptionist at my dr, for phone number, address of their billing office. She looked confused, and I explained that i had waited 45 minutes past my appointment time in the lobby and then waited another 15 minutes in the exam room with no care. I advised her that this caused me to change my schedule and I would be sending them a bill for my time and services.

When I fractured my eldow some years ago went to the orthopedic surgeon.
My appointment was at 10 a.m.
By 12:30 I still hadn’t seen the doctor.
Ask the receptionist about the delay and she snapped my head off.
I slammed my good hand on the counter, looked her in the eye and told her what I thought of her rudeness.
Then to make matters worse for her and the doctor.
I turned around and told the waiting room what the doctor had done to my dads shoulder and that after 2 years it was still infected.
Sadly my dad had just passed away 2 months prior.
But my mom was there to confirm every word.
The doctor was the nearest orthopedic surgeon in a 25 mile radius, so I was limited on where to go.
They are not in business any more.
Had to close the doors not long after that incident.
I did get in to see the doctor at 2:30.
