This guy sounds like he has some common sense.
Common sense, rare in government these days.
Somehow I cannot believe that the kidnapper is really gone from the scene. It seems a waste for so much ink and energy to be used on him in the story line just to have him gunned down in such a pedestrian fashion.
It wasnt really in a pedestrain fasion. If I remember correctly he was in a motor-vehicle.
