    That’s the general, isn’t it? Doris was just a plot device to lure the general out here, down New Mexico way. Now he’ll be getting back together with Daddy, for what reason we shall see. Since I’ve never been right before, none of this will actually happen. But I could be wrong.

    Never see a plane with engine troubles going up. Or landing safely. Or fixed mid flight. Did we really need the going down?

    Mr Prongs, actually the majority of pilot training is about how to land safely when something goes wrong. And an experienced pilot like the General and the wide open fields that the Broadcast Ranch seems to have he should have plenty of choices to put it down without much trouble.
