LOL! Shuter has met his match!

Some tough br…er, ladies in today’s strip!

She’s a pro stunt driver! Those hired thugs are doomed!

So, if he’s “Agent Shuter” (Shooter) could the young lady possibly be a Miss Driver?

Don’t know, but she’s as cute as anyone could possibly be. Great picture in the last panel: wild hair, smirking lips… I’m hooked. Hope she’s not just a “throwaway” like the truck driver was.

They probably want to sedate her (more for their benefit than for hers!)

Quite often a saline IV is started immediately to provide a path for medication to be administered through the IV tubing if needed. If she went into shock, it could be very difficult to find a vein once the blood pressure drops. I was taught this when training to be a field medic at Fort Sam Houston. This is a prudent action, especially with an elderly person.

There is only a mention of a needle, not a “shot”. (If that’s a syringe in panel one, it’s awfully tiny.)

Can’t tell, but I bet the stunt driver has nice litotes also.

Love at first Fright.

Yesterday I thought I might fall in love and today it came true! Oh, I hope this one’s a keeper!

(My GF cannot understand how I can find cartoon women exciting. On the other hand she once gave me a birthday gift of a cooking apron with a full-length Jessica Rabbit on it. She may not understand but at least she accepts the fact.)
