Shoot some holes in the tires? Take out a critical electrical component? Putting a hole in the fuel tank or breaking the fuel line would be too risky.

NO it is the people who think they do not have to work for a living, it is an American value to have an honest day’s wage for an honest day’s work. Unions keep production low and other things, no not all of them and yeah there are corrupt businessmen who actively oppress their workers but that is the exception not the rule. They are often villains in the strip.

The ability to think of future generation when calculating pragmatic utilitarianism is what separates us from the animals. The world is not the way it is because of corrupt businessmen, politicians, thugs, and psychopaths but because most people are too stupid to know what is best for them and their children’s children the extreme left and extreme right get caught up in their ideals and refuse to acknowledge brutal facts of reality no real world understanding of the extreme complexities of politics, economics, technological logistics, and how they’re all interconnected in the long run. People want everything right here right now the whole world just handed to them on a silver platter think just by complaining something will happen without a tangible plan. Such a plan will require a lot of long, hard, boring work all day every day for generations.

Electric ignition, keys or whatever usually heavy equipment like that has a chain around the steering wheel when it’s parked. That way if someone does manage to get it started they can’t steer it very well. Our Blue Circle guy would only be able to get around in circles if the road crew had secured the vehicle properly.

Yeah, but that would spoil the story.

I hear that mega-mall has a pig on wheels.

Highway or the mall, sexy stunt driver will come into play. Maybe Blues Brothers Style?
