I can’t wait till Daddy finds out that Connie (“that little chucklehead”) was involved with this.

Hmmm….I wonder if that body belongs to the REAL granddaughter??

Those two old biddies were on that boat when they met Connie.

They could have pushed Theresa overboard.

Nice pic, Leaky. The picture you have is Patty McCormack playing Rhoda. She was nominated for an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress in that film. It was an excellent movie too, the 1956 The Bad Seed, and an even better novel by Maxwell Anderson.

Floating in the rippling tide I think the shamus went for a ride The old biddy sisters seem to have struck And the private dick has run out of luck Connie now becomes a prime suspect Will the charges she be able to deflect Daddy will be drawn into the fray This will certainly not be making his day Who could have done this nefarious deed Like little rhodent, probably a very bad seed.

Miss Gale probably went to her employers to tell them about her impending leave of absence. When she explained why, the owners took care of a little business for her and the Private eye is now a dead eye.

What’s a first class ET doing reading the comics? You should change your rate to CT.

When are the going to bring back Buz Sawyer agaom. or Don Winslow of the Navy?

I hope Annie gets to do a little sleuthing on her own before the authorities get hold of the case. That should make for some exciting adventure!

Dubloon, I’m retired from that now. It was a fun ride, but I’m not sorry to be done with it.
