Some of the criminal groups associated with Dr. Dark are the “Red Hand” violent criminal occultists of dubious origins. There are the Yellow Hats in Asia and Green Vipers in South America. He also uses the “White Tigers” who are not human, they are Tcho-Tchos. It will take time for him to find out. But then all he has is time.
