COSTUMED CRIMEFIGHTERS ACADEMY – Online (for the duration of the emergency) Review Lesson #44: The “Golden Door”. In situations such as this one, a well-trained protagonist is able to find what we like to call The Golden Door – the one way of escape available when all else has failed. Our Class of ’24 graduate is especially adept at this, having had a long history of practice. Such abilities have the curious effect of triggering consternation in those who would thwart such efforts, be they friend or foe, as we see here… probably from the Feds who have taken over the investigation of the two dead suspected terrorists. Of course, the kid has no way of knowing WHERE any of these freight trains are going, but this is often where Fortes Fortuna Adiuvat tends to kick in. Speaking of consternation, with all due respect to the traditonal linkage of trains to Country Music, if this city is big enough to have a full-sized freight yard, a police force big enough to keep an eye out for one kid and a significant number of inoperative pay phones… can it truly be considered a “hick country” town?

Is this were the train ride gets mystical, or is that another story?
