LES ACADEMIE D’ACOLYTES COMIQUES (The Academy of Comic Sidekicks) – Paris, Milan, Oshkosh Bonjour! While our sister institute, the CCA, continues to track one of its alumni, we thought we’d put our two cents in on one of ours. Captain Amelia Santiago graduated first in our “New Millenium” Class of 2000, after her honorable military dischage. Equally spunky and adventurous, she not only was a perfect fit for the little one’s “crew,” but provided a “big sister” role for her. Some in our school are concerned that Santiago might be taking on too much of a role in her job – note the addressing of her boss simply as “Warbucks” (placing her as a bit more than a mere associate of his), claiming a deeper knowledge of him and referring to the little one as “our baby.” ( OUR baby?) However, we have complete faith in our training, which includes total loyalty to the one who is the main focus of their adventures, while maintaining emotional control.
