Look, folks – we realize that we’re training villains here, and the primary focus of any good villain is Numero Uno. However, there are times when consideration for others can be an effective villainy strategy. Our two flunkies here have made no attempts to inquire what a pre-teen kid is doing out in the middle of the desert miles from civilization, whether she has the resources to walk the aforementioned thirty miles or even if she’s HAD ANY WATER OR FOOD LATELY (Hel_lo!_ ) She sounds like one of those hero students we encounter from our rival school (Costumed Crimefighters Academy) who is undergoing an ordeal to see what she’s made of. Not that we’re interested in seeing her succeed in that department, but a dead body in the desert tends to attract the unwelcome attention of the local authorities. And even if she survives, it gets any relationship she might have with this pair’s boss going on _quite_the wrong foot. Give the kid a lift, willya? It doesn’t break your arm or pick your pocket… and it gets her away from your precious private property.
