Arlo is talking to a couple. Woman notices Ludwig and says, "Oh, you have a cat! He's so pretty!" The people are startled, and Arlo yells, " Ludwig! Stop!! No!!" Arlo notices the lady's legs, "Oh, no! Your legs! They're bleeding!" Woman smiles and says, "That's ok-- We're cat people."

Not long after our cocker spaniel passed, some friends came over with a spaniel of their own. Their dog was so excited, he peed on our (treated wood) floor. They were mortified, but we laughed it off… “haven’t you noticed that there’s not a stitch of carpet in this house?”
