Arlo and Janis by Jimmy Johnson for November 11, 1996
Transcript:
Arlo's dad asks him, "Do you remember when you were just a boy, son.." His dad continues, "You asked me if I killed anyone in the war." Arlo exclaims, "Dad! I was a little kid!" Arlo continues, "I didn't understand.." His dad replies, "I know. That's why I said no." His dad says, "Now, I want to tell you the truth." Dad thinks back to the war and the young man he once was.
