Transcript:
Gene asks the sales clerk, "Do you have any 'big band' stuff?" The clerk stops putting away CDs and says, "A little. Look in the jazz rack." Gene asks, "What's a good 'big band'? It's for my dad." The sales clerk says, "Well, there's the Dorseys, Tommy and Jimmy." He continues putting away CDs. He says, "And the Miller Brothers, Glenn and Mitch. And Robert Shaw." Gene says, "Wow! How do you know all this stuff?" The clerk answers, "You don't work the holiday rush and not learn something."
