Commercial ranges like Wolf etc. might look cool— in fact, they definitely do— but they’re way overpriced, and (in tests by consumer organizations) actually under-perform much cheaper ranges by GE etc.

I have a microwave for defrosting and a K-Mart airfryer for cooking.
