But most women seem to think that owning 3,000 pairs of shoes (as did Imelda Marcos) was about right and not a big deal.

Hey. Wait a minute. Just thought of this. Is it possible that Hillary C will also transition to gray?

Keeping up with the color when you reach a certain age is a pain in the hair so letting it go natural is a good solution…..but then one day you look in the mirror and see your mom looking back…ACK!!. When did I get so old.

She should understand that relatively sane men, to one of which Janis is luckily married, as they age, discover that women they used to consider old as their granny can be hot. Colored hair, in a woman obviously beyond the grey age, is ridiculous. And I believe Arlo’s attention to what occupies at least 2/3 of his brain has kept him well aware of her natural hair color. (The other 1/3 is occupied by the cat and his various goofy ideas.)

I don’t know about that. Some older women can pull off pink, blue, green, or purple hair very well.

I don’t know which is sillier – an obviously over 65 woman with artificially raven black hair or an obviously bald man with an ill fitting rug. Bald and gray, who cares? It’s called life and aging……. deal with it.

My mom turned grey early and didn’t start coloring her hair until my youngest sister was in fourth grade and all her classmates tgought our mom was her grandmother.

My Mom is 84 and still has her hair colored. Going gray makes you look older than you are unless you have really pretty white hair. Mine is gunmetal gray. My husband very sweetly told me that I didn’t have to color my hair for him—I replied, “that’s really sweet, but I don’t do it for you—I do it for me.”

My Mom had dark auburn hair (natural) with only a touch of gray, when she died at 89. My Dad was blonde until her was about 65, when he started to go silver. People go gray at different ages, sometimes never. Arlo may have his natural color long after Janis allows hers to go gray. And as for Presidential politics: " Ronald Reagan doesn’t dye his hair, he’s just prematurely orange." – Gerald Ford

I was surprised at how easy it was to do this…I “let myself go” about 3 years ago…really nice to have natural hair again.

@jploch5408“So why do you use the term “hag” in the first place?”.Because he dislikes Hillary, and his dislike is completely separate from his feelings toward The Donald, whom nobody really likes either.

“After his time was up, Reagan returned his hair to its white state to testify in Japan (who honor the aged unlike here) and got $2 million for it.”.I would let my hair go white for two million dollars.Come to think of it, I already did it for nothing.
