Ok, confused here. I understand that she is looking at the web weather map on the phone, but don’t understand either the issue or the problem. Is that because my phone is just that, a phone and does not do tricks like everyone else’s seems to do?

I think she just really wants it to rain. You know how a golfer or bowler will try to coax the ball?

Is she trying to move the rain nearer to her home?

I believe she’s moving her phone like people move video controllers… which of course defy any attempts to influence the action by putting ‘spin’ on the ball (or whatever is trying to be influenced).

My wife is avid gardener. This is exactly what she uses my phone for…that and to set reminders for me (unfortunately needed).

Put the phone outside, if it gets wet, it’s raining…

I understand completely. We have watched that green radar blob get closer and closer only to fade away or split and go north and south of my garden. That’s four storms in a row.
