Janis just got un-glad.

No, what she meant was by herself with no Supervision and commentary from the Peanut Gallery.

What Janis really means is that “Turn-about isn’t fair play.” She loves to criticize and offer “helpful suggestions” whenever Arlo does anything, but she has no patience when it is done to her.

He who can’t do manages.

Come on Janis, give him a couple rolls up and down his his face….He deserves it………

Varnes, I’m with you! “If you don’t like the way I’m doing it, here’s the roller and I’ll see you later.”

Put on some music, Janis. Maybe a little Frank Sinatra?

Back seat painter….the worst!

What she meant was… Arlo should be glad to paint the room for her…

Wife says she likes to paint and always offers to help. Problem is…actual painting is all she wants to do. I have to do the prep work (and clean-up after), also need to refill her bucket or pan and sometimes re position the work piece or the ladder depending on the project. Oh well…..

A few years ago my wife and another woman were painting a room at a lodge we belonged to while myself and the other husband sat at the bar and gave the ladies similar “helpful hints”. Finally my dear wife had had enough and came over to us gentlemen and proceeded to run her paint roller up the sleeve of my shirt and down my friend sleeve.We desisted our commentary while everyone else laughed uproariously!
