This is not a conversation I would have with my mother!

Meh. He HAS a kid, so why not? It’s a known factor that he knows what women look like, and it’s not like parents don’t know kids are interested.

Considering the parents that is a surprise.

Ah, yes. The old days before the Internet. Back when I was too young to buy Playboy, I had to settle for National Geographic or the underwear pages of the Sears catalog.

They weren’t “Old” Playboys, they were current issues.

So Janis never learned about Arlo’s secret magazine stash? I wonder whether they’re still up there!

Back when seeing an old Hustler that fell out of a trash can was an intense glimpse into a world not otherwise understood…Now, kids can access insanely more intense pornography with twisted incest themes and other sexual derangement (and no, it’s not tolerable as a “lifestyle choice”…it’s abuse, and they know it) for free, and on-demand.

“Murph’s” dad subscribed to Playboy. His house was a block down the street from our school playground (Catholic school I might add) we used to sneak off the playground and go through the stash in the basement. Also played with the Ouija board, and looked at Murph’s model cars. He was a pretty good model car builder.

I lived in a rental about 30 years ago. Decided to check out the crawl space (no attics in this part of the country) and found a box of quite old girlie mags. They were pretty low quality both in content and condition. I just left ’em there.

I can still recall an image transfixed in my mind 50 years ago, of my first exposure. 1967, In a military barbershop in Korea, waiting for my turn to get my hair cut. Playboy mags available for perusing and some comic books. I tried to hide a PB behind a comic. There was this beautiful woman sitting on the stairs of a staircase and her chest was prominently displayed protruding through the banister lattices. She was beautiful.
