Ludie’s just messin’ with ya Arlo!

He gets double fed either direction. The sleep deprived never get that figured out.

Ludwig is appearing a bit too frequently for my tastes. for years, he only appeared once a week; now, its frequency has increased.

Yep I’m expecting something like this Sunday morning

Luddie doesn’t go by what the clock says … When his stomach tells him it’s time for breakfast, then it’s time. If a tap on the nose doesn’t get Arlo up, those big eyes staring down on him should do the trick.

It’s earlier than you think.

Some how pets just know. Maybe it’s a shared awareness- my dog knows when I’m awake even if I don’t move.

I’m a lucky man…..our cat prefers to do this to my wife, not me. I get to sleep undisturbed.

I love the cat. My Penny does the same thing in the morning. She gets close up and watches me till I open my eyes. She’s touchy/feely too. Love Ludwig.

A lot of farmers with livestock are dealing with the same thing this morning.

Nothing like a litter foot on the nose to wake you up – and I speak from experience.

Our cats have all passed, and we miss them every day.

Happy Pi 23 hours. In my case 22 hours because I spent an hour resetting 31 clocks.

I got an automatic feeder because my cat was doing this. Then she stared at the feeder instead of waking me up. I didn’t change it with the clocks, I just let it ride… I mean, is the cat going to miss work or anything?

Well you have been outsmarted by a cat. Luddy owes you a meal

I love Ludwig.

How my day begins. Chunky chicken in gravity is not my idea of breakfast, but the 3 girl cats love it. Sometimes I give it a few seconds in the microwave, just to enhance the ambience.

Dogs have owners. Cats have staff.

Can someone explain to a poor foreigner what Arlo means?

Hubby’s cat associated his glasses with him up and around. Spock would grip the glasses by one “leg” and drag the glasses onto Hubby’s chest.

my little kitty just died, but for most of her 21 years, Mischief woke me up to feed her breakfast at 6am

as it is stated, the time may change, but feeding time doesn’t

To redbaron: Ludwig is getting up in years, and with added wisdom we should appreciate his more frequent contributions. He only has 9 lives…let’s value each of them.

Nothing like a puss! They bring so much joy and fun into our lives.

My cats used to bite my toes to get me to wake up. Ludwig appears more civilized.

The same with anyone pets has experienced after the time change. They don’t change their internal clocks.

This is why we sleep with the door closed and the cats on the other side.

Throws my husband’s blood sugar off when his insulin is an hour later or earlier.

Before he quit his job and – he used to work away from the house – I would mostly not change. I would adjust the time I woke up and went to sleep. I would eat lunch (our first meal of the day) later – dinner/late night snack at same clock time always as it affected him’ If I had to be somewhere at a specific time (like work, a club meeting or reenactment) I would deal with the actual time I had to be there, but mostly my body and mind were still on non-daylight savings time – no adjustment on either end. Now he is home and I have to do everything on his time.
