I can flip the light switch at the bottom of the stairs and get to the top before the light comes on. Seriously! Also, is it just me, or do these new-fangled bulbs actually make the room slightly darker when you turn them on?
In rooms where I want a quick turn-on I have LEDs. But if you guys want to have to feed hay to your transportation, just stick with your old timey stuff.

Switch to LED bulbs Auntie. They are bright, last a long time and if it breaks, it’s not a hazmat moment.

Hate these lightbulbs because they are not that bright. It takes forever for the one in my room to brighten when using it.

I love ‘em! I don’t want a bright light in the bathroom in the middle of the night. A nice slow, comfortable turn-on is perfect at 3AM.
