my husband is fast asleep within 5 minutes of him turning off his light. I usually take a PM pill of some kind to help me get to sleep and then I usually stay asleep.

Ambien!!! If I didn’t have that I’d be awake for days! Just shuts me off like a light switch. Better living through chemistry!
