45 years and no abs? How do you think I feel. I’ve been doing it for nearly 70 years without an ab in sight.

And hey, let’s not forget the nights with multiple trips to the bathroom . . . that’s lots more sit-ups!

Think the 45 years was for a job. Once retired, we get up when we feel like it or Ma Nature calls.
