I tried to leave it once and she made me come back and eat it.

It was more of a Yes/No question; Do you want supper?

And she let you dye your hair light pink when you’re a kid?

We said to our kids, you don’t have to eat it if you don’t like it, but we’re not making anything else. They ate it.

The only thing my mother couldn’t cook was pork chops. . .took me awhile to get the trick, too. . .

My Sister is 11 years younger than me,and 6 years younger than my Brother. We knew when she was a baby, that Mom was spoiling her, though she denied it. The proof came one night, when Sis in her high chair, didn’t want to eat. ot even try what we were having for dinner. Mom got up and scrambled her an egg ! When Bro & I would have, had to sit at the table all night until we had eaten what was in front of us.

Pink hair at that age? Is that common in England?

Parents told me to try it and if I didn’t like it I didn’t have to eat it. But I always tried a little bit of most foods.

At our house, if you didn’t eat every bite, my Father would save it and it would be your Next Meal.

And, if you ate too slow, the kid Next to you would snatch the Good Stuff right off your plate.

I’m surprised that I’m the first to point out that it should be consisted, not existed.
