One of the common “getting-to-sleep” problems is that you can’t turn the brain off. I’ve found that putting the brain to work on pleasant memories from my past works really well, for me at least. I think it’s just another version of “meditation”, which is also supposed to help…

I take magnesium for restless leg and melatonin (both for getting to sleep).
