Huh. Made me google at 7:27 in the morning. . .a group (if you can get one together) of squirrels is called a scurry or a dray. . .scurry seems quite apt. . .
There are two kinds of squirrels….those that live in the park and those that live in my back yard. Those in the park are really nice. Those in my yard are, to paraphrase my grandaddy, crazy as a dang pissant.
True story: Some years ago, my wife and I were driving on a small street, when we got stuck in a line of cars, delayed by the crossing of several ducks. As we waited for them to move along, I told my wife, “This is a very well-organized town.” Naturally she asked me what I was talking about.
“Well, look,” I said, “they have all their ducks in a road.”

Which is akin to trying to herd cats.

Sounds like a mission statement.

Squirrels are bright-eyed and bushy-tailed all the time without coffee. That’s unnatural.

Saw a few ducks floating/swimming down the river yesterday. Mostly in-a-row but there were a few out of position. Must’ve been related to Auntie!

If you don’t have the ducks, how do you know they aren’t in a row? ☺

I think all my ducks flew south – maybe in a row? Smart critters!

Every time I think I have all my ducks in a row, someone adds more ducks.
