Most definitely shrunk, Aunty. I had a Big Mac™ the other day for the first time in over twenty years. My first thought was: “Where’s the beef?”

Because of Vladimir Putin merchants are forced to reduce their portions to avoid raising their prices. That’s what the Great Pumpkin and Tooth Fairy say. Santa Claus and the Easter Bunny are unavailable for comment.

I noticed that too. I just figured my hands grew, lol

I remember the days when chocolate bars cost five cents. Then sugar prices went up. So the manufacturers made the bars smaller. Eventually you were buying a single M&M sized bar for the nickel.

I also have tracked the incredibly shrinking 3-lb can of coffee. It’s now about a pound and a half.

I have a small frying pan that is the right size to make an egg sandwich on an English muffin. Except now the egg is too big to fit the shrunken muffin.

Spot on. Smaller foods – Bigger prices.

OK, I’m the odd woman out. I have a hard time finishing most pre-portioned foods any more.

Aunty, with the food your eating, it isn’t just your hands that have grown, trust me.

During this current Price Gouging, a bunch of companies have decided to keep Prices the same and Shrink the Product.

They think no one will notice that the product is about 10% Lighter when they carry it to their Cars.
