If anyone comes to this comic several years from now and is confused – George Floyd was murdered by the police only a month before this. It’s not unreasonable that in the universe of comics, Yolanda and Mike would be part of protest actions after his death, and also that the MacPhersons would offer comfort both in terms of hugs and in terms of marching with them.
