I’m kinda vague on this one. Walking in circles is connected to sneezing?

They don’t sneeze, but they circle 3 times before laying down, it appears…

I expected a fart joke after panel 2. Is that a good or a bad sign?

They breathe through spiracles on the side of the body. They smell with their antennas. So no.
