Strange game, killing flies and hunting snakes…

Baseball has some strange terminology. I was listening to a game on the radio, and the announcer said that the batter had good wood.

Try playing racketball with a superball….my brother and I tried it. It was like being caught in a crossfire as that ball ricocheted from wall to wall with us dodging more than hitting!
