Re panel 6: in the original version of the strip, Shauna’s rocker alias was “Yumi Aoki.” Was it changed because it seems a bit odd for Shauna, even with facepaint and a wig, to take a Japanese name?

And Shauna goes and confirms what we had all already figured out, but you know, the rockers needed to be caught up to speed now.
Actually, if Shauna’s plan was to both prove she was tough AND get herself or the other Rockers in a position where they could destroy the cursed bike, then I like her plan a heck of a lot better than the plan of the others. Much more to the point.
