“I’ve seen things you people wouldn’t believe. Attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Orion. I watched C-beams glitter in the dark near the Tannhauser gate. All those moments will be lost in time… like cat poo on a patio in the rain. Time to die.” – Blade Runner (in the altered time line version)

Another Doctor once told me, "Time is subjective, not a fixed constant. People assume that time is a strict progression from cause to effect, but actually from a non-linear, non-subjective viewpoint, it’s more like a big ball of wibbly-wobbly, timey-wimey stuff.”

Trust Lottie to have the apt simile. This appears to be the Chrono Resistance to Deformation problem. History is more inelastic than many believe.

If only cat poo would dissolve in rain. My two use a patch of soil out back of the raspberry canes as their “outdoor plumbing” and I need to brave scratched arms to clean it out once or twice a week.

Time prevents everything from happening all at once.

At the outside, Lottie’s expression seems so serious. But just at the outside.
