    I could go for some boiled or pickled tongue about now. It has been years since I’ve had either. My dad used to make some fantastic boiled beef tongue.

    Lengua lampriada, kind of a breaded tongue is the best. But tongue done anyway is always good.

    I bet tongue tastes just fine, but it was never a food item in our house, so just the idea of eating a tongue turns me off…
