In the eighties comedian/actor Rich Hall of HBO comedy series Not Necessarily the News, called them sniglets;Teleprocrastination, the art of allowing the telephone ring more than once before you answer it.Aquadexterous, The ability to turn the bathtub faucets with your left and right toes. Those are the only two I remember.

Mort Walker used to do this kind of thing in Hi and Lois. One that came up over and over was “flutter-by.” but my favorite was always “scream door.”
