Evidently, many doctors assume their patients lie. I’ve seen on multiple reports “patient denies ____” (drinking, smoking, etc. when I’ve know for a fact that the patient was telling the truth. (My mom’s and my medical records.)

My doctor has a questioner that I have to fill out once or twice a year when I go to see him, one question asks how many alcaholic drinks you have in a day and you’re suppose to circle the correct number, but I always have to add 0 because it starts at 1.
