Could Mr. Rod’s full family name be Rodriguez?But who’s the guy in the back? I thought Auto Y Rod cut back to Baldo and Jeng because they couldn’t afford to keep Beatriz on the payroll as the third worker.
Tongue was a regular part of the menu when I was growing up and I still like it. Mostly I get it in sandwiches from delicatessens because a whole tongue is just too much for two seniors to finish before it goes bad and once it goes in the freezer, it gets forgotten.

Translation note: lengua means tongue. I have had tongue dishes, while it looks a little gross, it doesn’t taste that bad.
