Binge watching with the wife in bed before lights out is our together time each night. We’re on the last season of DS9 and trying to decide what to watch next.
I grew up in a house where TV was used as background noise. While “watching TV” we were each always doing something else. Husband took awhile to get used to this idea. Right now TV is on while I am reading and posting – a news channel – will not specify which.
Read a book – TV on in background. Cooking dinner, paying bills, working, TV on in background.

I’ll take books over TV any day.

I got Netflix, found Midsomer Murders. Wonderful show. I only have 150 hours to go. I will enjoy each and every one.
