In the last panel, Is Gregorio doing something to Carmen’s coffee? I can’t tell.

This is starting to creep me out just a little. Gregorio is just a little too suave and Tía Carmen is kind of a ditz

Yeesh, what a lot of complaining. Assuming they complete the reruns of the arc, your pain and suffering will be over after next Saturday. The Sunday between was not part of the arc, and it’s not certain if that will be the same rerun or something else. It was somewhat controversial at the time.

You folks obviously don’t follow the telenovelas, do you? This is a bit of a satire on them – only done in graphic novel form. Tia Carmen’s imagination would be a telenovela.
