Where did she get THAT kind of book?!

Have we ever seen him read a book (besides a car manual)?

Well we know she isn’t in Florida since Lord of the flies is on the banned book list in the red states.

Is “Little Baldo” a new thing? I don’t recall ever seeing it before.

Lord of the Flies should guarantee some interesting dreams.

Gracie reminds me of her at that age; if it was in print, I’d read it! Got me in trouble at school, though!

I know Gracie is advanced but I can’t see a three year old being able to follow a book like Lord of the Flies.

Gracie — even at an even younger age — sure likes to read the highly advanced stuff, doesn’t she?

He was a great master. I’ve loved that book as a teenager. The true evil face of childhood. William Golding and Ray Bradbury were amazing in describing it.

Ew little Gracie that book will give you nightmares and just emphasizes the evil in humanity. Read “Ferenheit 451” or “Brave New World”. Total fiction. Could never happen.

In my high school the 9th grade reading list included Catcher in the Rye. Parents objected. The Book sold out at all the book stores around the school since the student rushed to bye it. Instead we read the odyssey where the class concluded the hero was a draft dodger since he was not with his men when they all died, WE also read some Shakespeare which had murder, affairs, pregnancy’s and robbery. But these were all OK since these were classics

We hardly ever see him with a book, these days.

Gracie has guts to read that book.

He should’ve kept some of his love of books for himself, instead of passing it all along to her.
