It’s pretty hard to screw up making tasty arroz con pollo but I’ve known lots of people who have!

It seems like I can never get enough pollo (chicken), but I have to be very careful of my arroz (rice) intake, due to my diabetes.

I love to cook, and have a few dishes that others say are the best they’ve had, but I’m always sure everyone else makes it better.

A lot of people make that so that’s really saying something (if true).
